My Calculations Were Off Just A Bit

Jul 012011

I’ve mentioned a couple hundred times that we heat our house with wood in the winter.

And, that our big job in the summer is to split and stack all that wood.

And, that Rick bought 10 truckloads of wood for this years stash.

So I thought that I would give you an idea (for those who have some curiosity) of what 8 of those 10 truckloads looks like.

Yep, we had plowed through 2 loads already.

Good feeling, sore body.

Apparently I hadn’t counted on this.

One more load got dropped off when I wasn’t looking.

See what happens when you feel some sense of accomplishment and let your guard down?

It’s OK though, we’re up for the challenge.

And since there hasn’t been any more wood multiplying in my yard, I am happy to say that we have taken care of another 2 truckloads and can see an end in sight.

6 more loads.

I’m pretty confident on that number.

Sorry, the comment form is closed at this time.
