Rick & I both have the first week of July off from work. Or what I like to call a sanity break.
And let me tell you we both need it desperately!
We’re packing up the vehicle, hitching up the camper and heading toward the South Shore (of Lake Superior). We have some wonderful friends (Hi Eva and family!!) that are going to keep an eye on the house for us while we’re gone. These are the same people that give us lots of goodies at Christmas. Fantastic, lovable and downright super people.
Thor will keep guard of the house while Calie becomes a camping cat once more.
If I get the chance and have internet access, I’ll try to throw a couple posts up, but if not I hope that everyone has a wonderful and safe 4th of July!!

Awww, No problem Sandy! You two go and enjoy yourselves, and dont worry about anything! I would pay to see the camping cat in action though, that must be a trip!!!
So far she has eaten 34 blades of grass and followed 1 caterpillar. She’s right at home in the great outdoors!
