I Don’t See the Resemblance

May 012011

Rick had the need to get out and about yesterday afternoon, and wanted me to come along.

As we were tooling around town, he turned into the parking lot of the movie theater to see what was playing.

Well, naturally my eyes fell immediately on this*.  This movie was news to me since I don’t generally follow what is hitting the theaters unless it really intrigues me, and I haven’t seen any trailers for this being splashed across the television screen.

As you can probably guess, the real reason that it caught my attention was the name in big, red letters.

Personally, I think that these eyes make a much more profound statement.

However, I don’t think that my Thor and the true God of Thunder have much in common. My version hides at the first sight of strangers and is afraid of storms.

But he’s definitely more handsome.

Or I could simply be biased.

I think the eyes look the same 🙂 That same piercing blue that seems to say “I know what you’re thinking…”
